 Development of front cover

After looking at the pictures that I took, I thought that it would be better to do another shoot as I now know exactly what I want and how to take it.

I used this photo for the front cover

I think put a colour on it and cropped it in a way so you couldn't see much of the background. I also thought it would be nice to duplicate the photo to make a hazy effect. I thought it could make her look more interesting but it didn't look right and the background did not look professional enough.

I decided to go on photoshop and edit out the background. I took a picture of Skylar's lips so I could use it as the centerpiece for the background. It is eye catching and really appeals to a pop teen audience as it is aesthetically cool and shows of Skylar's looks further.

I cropped the picture so you could just see the lips. On photoshop I cut around the picture so you just got the lips.

Here is the process of this photo coming together.

I loved how it turned out. It looks a lot better than before and it is really eye catching, which is what we want so people will be more inclined to purchase the product. I may to do a few more tweaks to get it perfect but so far I am really happy with my progress.
